Refund and Exchange Policy
 

We feel absolutely confident that you will be more than happy with your purchases, but we encourage you to please get in touch with us if there is anything that could be better with your order.

Faulty item?

If a product you have purchased is faulty, then please get in touch as soon as you can, and we will arrange a refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer. All refunds will be returned in the same way you made payment. (Please note: if you have paid by card it can take 3-5 days for the money to show in your bank account depending on who you bank with)

Changed your mind?

If you have changed your mind about a purchase and it is still in it’s original packaging and saleable quality, we are able to offer an exchange or credit note, simply pop into one of our stores with your proof of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges for loose foods, toiletries or sanitary ware for hygiene reasons (unless they are faulty). Please note we can only provide an exchange or credit note within 28 days of purchase.
